Who you would be instructing
The chamber
High Court, Peshawar
Syed Zeshan Hashmi
Advocate — Principal of the chamber
Called to practice after a BA LL.B in Shariah and Law from Islamia College University, Peshawar, and in independent practice before the Peshawar High Court and the courts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since 2017. Earlier work included a period with a legal consultancy in Sharjah and, before that, litigation practice in Peshawar.
The chamber's work runs from criminal defence and civil suits through to commercial drafting. Matters are handled personally rather than passed down, and a client is told at the outset what a case is likely to cost and how long it is likely to take.

How the chamber works
A candid first opinion
You are told the weaknesses of your case at the first meeting, not after the fee is paid.
Fees agreed in advance
The professional fee is settled before work starts. Court and process fees are billed at cost, with receipts.
You can follow your own case
Clients get a portal login and can see hearing dates and progress without telephoning the office.
